Unlimited upload vulnerability for dangerous file types in WinPlus v24.11.27 from Informtica del Este. This vulnerability allows an attacker to upload a  'webshell' by sending a POST request to '/WinplusPortal/ws/sWinplus.svc/json/uploadfile'.
